128 – You Are

You are a meteor
Passing through the sky
You are the blink
In the subtle fluttering of an eye

You are one half
Of a mind almost like mine
You are the last word
In a sickeningly satisfying rhyme

You are lightning
With electric sparks and voltage
You are a brain
A totally unique vessel of knowledge

You are a fountain
Right in the midst of a storm
You are afterwards
When it is calm and has warmed

You are new
And exciting, and wise, and old
You are words
Of adventure stories yet to be told
